1.Installation and adjustment of electrical equipment – Crane Standing

Crane motor, electrical control and protection box connected to each other, should be tested and debugged, electrical control is accurate, and electrical protection is safe and reliable.

Crane electrical equipment installation, must be in accordance with the electrical control schematic diagram, electrical equipment wiring diagram, electrical wiring diagram.

The motor should rotate flexibly, rotor and fan without jamming phenomenon, testing insulation resistance shall not exceed 1.5MΩ, the travel limit switch action should be accurate.

Cable and each motor (electrical) connections should be in line with the relevant provisions of the fixed laying cable protection should be completely reliable, the crane and its trolley feeder trolley should be flexible, the cable trolley should not be jammed throughout the trip, all mobile cables with the use of a thin steel wire rope to protect and shall not be subjected to mechanical force.

2.Crane test run- Crane Standing

Check the following items before test run:

The connection of electrical lines should be correct and reliable.

Limiters are flexible and reliable.

All lubrication parts have been added with the corresponding type of lubricant according to the requirements of the random technical data.

After energizing, check whether the manipulation direction of the control button is consistent with the movement direction of the crane.

Before the lift limit switch is formally used, check whether the limit switch action position should be consistent with the operation direction of the hoisting mechanism, otherwise the wiring should be changed.

The traveling wheel of the crane electric trolley should rotate flexibly and have good contact performance with the rail.

2.1 No load test run – Crane Standing

Separately open the operating machinery, lifting mechanism of the motor should run normally, not jamming the rail, the brake can be accurate and timely action, the limit switch and safety devices should be accurate and reliable.

When the hook is put into the lowest position, the number of wire rope turns on the reel should not be less than 2 turns (except the fixed turns).

The speed of cable collection and release should be coordinated with the speed of the corresponding institutions and should meet the requirements of the working limit position.

Anti-collision devices, buffers and other lifting equipment should work reliably.

2.2 Static load test – Crane Standing

First open the hoisting mechanism, carry out no-load lifting and lowering operation, and make the trolley run back and forth on the full stroke not less than 3 times, there should be no abnormal conditions.

Rated load test, the crane lifts the rated load, 100 to 200mm from the ground, static suspension for 10min, when the lifting trolley in the middle of the bridge, measure the lower deflection of the bridge beam (excluding the sinking value of the track) in line with the relevant provisions.

125% of the rated load for the static load test load, lift the load from the ground about 100 ~ 200mm, suspended for 10min, and there should be no instability, and then remove the load, check the steel beams, steel frame and other metal structures, there should be no cracks, weld cracking, paint peeling and other damage affecting the safety of the phenomenon of damage, looseness or permanent deformation, the crane bridge deflection should be restored to its original state, repeated no more than 3 times, the third time there should be no permanent deformation. The third time, there should be no permanent deformation.

2.3 Dynamic load test run – Crane Standing

Hoisting mechanism, running mechanism should be dynamic load test run.

Dynamic load test run should be carried out in the full stroke of the institutions, lifting capacity for the rated lifting capacity of 1.1 times, repeat the lifting, left and right movement of three times, the mechanical transmission should be free of jams, and running smoothly, flexibly and reliably, and the safety protection limits and interlocking devices are sensitive and accurate. The cumulative starting and running time of the test run should not be less than 1 hour.

When the rated load test is conducted, the sliding distance during the braking time meets the requirements of the technical documents.

After the test run is completed, the main switch of power supply must be cut off.

3.Quality Assurance Measures – Crane Standing

Prepare detailed construction program and technical handover card, and make comprehensive and detailed technical handover to all installers;

Do a good job of on-site protection of customer’s property;

Each work is constructed strictly according to its operation process, so as to “check the previous process, do the process well, and serve the next process”. That is, the previous process is not qualified before the inspection, shall not enter the process, the process is not qualified before, shall not circulate to the next process;

Establish perfect self-inspection of the team, mutual inspection and quality inspector inspection and acceptance, report inspection (including process handover report and final inspection of the project), common inspection system. Construction teams and inspection departments should strictly follow the implementation, and timely and accurate data, signatures and complete inspection records, so that there are rules and regulations to follow, and have evidence to check.

The whole process of construction, strictly in accordance with the “lifting equipment installation project construction and acceptance of the Code” for construction and quality testing; carefully and in detail to do a good job of recording the original information of the project, correctly and timely preparation and finishing of as-built drawings and handover information, to ensure that the quality of the project tracking is traceable.

Timely notification to the owner and supervisory units of the arrival of equipment quality and equipment installation progress.
